No doubt one of the best restaurants I found! Not to say cheap, but super cost-effective. Here we ate a superb fish sauce, not only yellow but also saffron, Vienna fried steak is delicious (also very big), both dishes are very beautiful. The Puyves wine was the best I have ever had and the service was very kind and awesome - we will definitely come back and hope the weather is better next time we can sit in the beautiful garden.
